farley

farley bookout is an illustrator, designer and screen printer living and working in South Austin. 

i draw. i print. i am almost always covered in charcoal or ink or pastel. Working out of my home office and print shop (in a cold garage), i go from large print editions for indie bands to small and intimate commissions, freelance illustration/ design gigs and art prints. 

Past experience includes (but not limited to), Bachelor of Fine Arts/ UT Austin - photography concentration, lead bookbinder at Rag & Bone in RI, restorative binder, carpenter, school photographer, commercial photographer, wedding photographer, horse trainer, show jumper, mural painter, children's illustrator, Senior Art Buyer for educational publishing, co-owner of Empire Press.
